At Hour Loop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and gift purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
